If you want to sync your EndNote Desktop Library with EndNote Web, select

in your EndNote Desktop Library or from the Library menu, select Sync. Register for EndNote Web or enter details for an existing EndNote Web account.
Log in to EndNote Web at https://www.myendnoteweb.com/EndNoteWeb.html
