Australian Copyright Council - provides a range of free fact sheets and an advice service.


Copyright Agency - this Australian not-for-profit organisation supports the creation of Australian content by making it easy for users to access copyrighted materials on fair terms.


Copyright Act (1968) Cth - provides the legislative framework (federal legislation) for the copying and communication of print, electronic, and audio-visual material. Of particular relevance to educational institutions like TAFEs are Section 113P and 113F.
