CURRENT LRC OPENING HOURS:
10:00am and 3:00pm (Staffed)
The LRC after-hours space opening hours:
Monday to Friday -
7:30 am to 9:00 pm
7:30 am to 7:00 pm
We are open this Saturday 6th June 2020.
We will keep you up-to-date with any last minute changes to opening hours via the LRC webpage and other signage in the LRC.
» What do I do if I am self-isolating or unable to return to Australia due to travel bans and cannot return my loans?
Please email us at email@example.com or chat to us via our LRC webpage. We will be able to extend your due dates and no library sanctions will be applied during your period of self- isolation or until you can return to Australia.
» How do I return items if I want to avoid direct contact with others?
To avoid direct contact with others, you may use the returns chute located near the LRC Service Desk. These are checked by library staff daily.
» Can I still ring the LRC to renew my books?
Yes. The LRC phone contact: +61 3 9606 2237 during business hours, 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
» Can I contact the LRC staff to help me with my assignments?
Yes. The preferred option is via email, firstname.lastname@example.org, for your queries so an LRC staff can be assigned to best assist you .
However, some queries will need to have a teleconferencing session between you and our LRC staff. If possible, please download ZOOM app either onto your PC or mobile devices, and wait for further instructions from our assigned staff to connect.
» How do I contact the Learning Advisors to help me with my assignments?
You can access learning advisor services by email LearningAdvisors@angliss.edu.au or you can make a phone or Zoom (audio or video) appointment.
» How do I access Studiosity?
You can access Studiosity via MyWai. For more information, go to next tab and scroll down to find Studiosity.
