Journals

Journals @ Angliss listing is an online resource for students and teachers to access information relating to all William Angliss print journals and magazines in our collection.

Current journals/magazines can be found displaying around the LRC.

The print journals and magazines are available to borrow in the LRC with the exception of current issues and the Academic titles. LRC users can borrow 2 journals at a time for 1 week with 2 renewals.

Journals available include:

  1.   Academic resources in print and online – access to peer-reviewed articles are available on campus and off.   These journals are Not For Loan NFL.

  2.   Magazines/Journals – a wide range of subject areas are covered by our magazines – food, cooking, travel and tourism for example.

The Journal/Magazine titles can be found via LRC Catalogue or at the Journals@Angliss (under Find Information )

FOOD AS ButtonAlexander Street's Food Studies Online provides researchers with rich archival content, visual ephemera, monographs, and videos that explore how food shapes the world around us.


clickview  contains 3000 streaming videos in your subject areas such as Hospitality, Food, Travel, Tourism, Management, Events...etc.
